No attorney's fee unless we recover money for you. We work on contingency. If there is no recovery, there is no attorney's fee. Costs and expenses (filing fees, expert reports, records requests) may apply and are disclosed in writing in your fee agreement before representation begins.
California follows pure comparative negligence. You can recover even if you were largely at fault, though your recovery is reduced by your share of fault. Don't assume you don't have a case just because the other driver is blaming you. We'll walk through the facts with you on the first call.
Don't give a recorded statement before you talk to us. Their job is to minimize what they pay. You can decline politely and refer them to our office. Anything you already said isn't automatically fatal to your case, but going forward all communication should route through counsel.

It depends. Simple cases can settle in 3 to 6 months. Complex cases can take 12 to 24 months, especially when we need to file suit. We'll give you an honest timeline on the first call after we understand the facts, your injuries, and who's insuring the other side.
You can still get treatment. We work with doctors, imaging centers, and specialists across California who treat injury victims on a medical lien, which means you pay nothing out of pocket and the bills are settled from your recovery at the end of the case. We coordinate this for you.
Your car doesn't have to be your problem. We help coordinate property damage claims, rental car, total-loss valuation, and storage fees. That's a separate process from your injury case, but we don't charge extra for handling it and we don't leave you to fight that fight alone.
